The Bible Applications are in the ownership of KeyOPS Lab DOO BEOGRAD-ČUKARICA, with the registered seat at the address KADINJAČA 61 1, 3, 11030 Belgrade (Čukarica), Serbia, CIN: 21325872, TIN: 110257144.

The following Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy constitute a legally binding Agreement applicable to you as a User, once you download and access the App.

Therefore, if you do not agree with any of the below, please stop using the App without delay.

1. Defined terms

In the Agreement, the listed terms will have the following meaning:

Term	Meaning
App	Mobile applications, in the ownership of KeyOPS Lab, available for Android.
KeyOPS Lab or us	KeyOPS Lab DOO BEOGRAD-ČUKARICA, with the registered seat at the address KADINJAČA 61 1, 3, 11030 Belgrade (Čukarica), Serbia, CIN: 21325872, TIN: 110257144.
User or you	Any person who downloads and accesses the Application.
Cookie Policy	Our policy which explains what cookies are, which cookies we use, and how you can control them. The Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and can be accessed by clicking here.
Privacy Policy	Our policy that describes how we collect, share and use your personal data, and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. You can visit it by clicking Privacy Policy .
Third-party websites and applications	A website, application, or their content mentioned or accessed through the App, which is owned by another legal or natural person.
Agreement	Agreement regulating the use of the App, which applies to you, and is made up of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy , and the Cookie Policy.

2. About the App

The Holy Bible. Contains the Old Testament and the New Testament.

The application allows you to choose "daytime" and "night" themes as well as adjust the size of the text to make it easier to read.

A verse search by words or phrases using "quotation marks" is available.

Mark your favorite verses with a certain color and correspond to comments.

Overview of user bookmarks and favorite verses.

The application is free and is intended for people over the age of 15.

3. Intellectual property and limited license

KeyOPS Lab is the sole owner of its name and logo and reserves the right to prevent any third party from using it. Our name may not be used without our prior written consent unless such use is expressly permitted by our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy .

The App and all content associated with it, including text, graphics, logos, icons, visuals, images, code, etc. is owned by us and protected by the intellectual property rights of KeyOPS Lab, or a third party that has given us permission to use that content.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy , all materials related to the App are protected by intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.). It is strictly prohibited to use, copy or download any part of the App, in whole or in part, without our express prior consent.

License. During the term of the Agreement, KeyOPS Lab grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, temporary, irrevocable license to install the App on the User's device and use the App, provided that the User complies with all rules and restrictions set forth in the Agreement. The license does not include access to the source code of the App.

Acceptable use under the license. The User may not access the Service or App in order to create a competing product or service, i.e., to create a product using similar ideas, functions, or graphics, or to copy any ideas, functions, or graphics.

The User may not engage in data extraction (scraping) in connection with the App, including without limitation the collection of information through any software that simulates human activity or any bot or web browser. User will not automate access to the App or the Service, including without limitation using APIs, bots, scrapers, or other similar devices.

Limitations of license. The App, Service, or any part thereof, the User may not:

• modify, reproduce, create derivative works, distribute, publicly display or sublicense;
• rent or dispose of it;
• use the App in any way that will allow third parties to use the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive any of the source code of the App;
• attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service and/or App, or any connected system or network, or breach any security or authentication function or measure, and, if we have blocked your access to the App or Service (including blocking your IP addresses), you will not implement any measures to circumvent such blocking (eg by masking your IP address or using a proxy IP address).
• attempt to enforce any rights of the copyright holder not expressly granted in the Agreement.

Violation of any of the above restrictions results in the User losing the license without delay, and may also result in an obligation to compensate Key OPS Lab for copyright infringement.

In addition, any use of intellectual property without our permission will be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights, and we will take all available legal remedies to protect our intellectual property rights immediately upon learning of such infringement.

We reserve all intellectual property rights not expressly set forth in these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy .

4. Websites and applications of the third parties

The App may contain advertisements, messages and/or links to Third-party websites and applications. Third-party websites and applications have their own terms of use and privacy policies, which may differ substantially from those applicable to the App. Considering that KeyOPS Lab has no control over Third-party websites and applications, we take no responsibility for their availability, nor for the terms of use and privacy policies that apply to their visitors and users.

We are not responsible for any information originating from another service provider accessed through a link available within the App.

The fact that a link to Third-party websites and applications is placed in the App does not mean that we recommend or approve the services or products offered through those sites or applications.

5. Limitations of liability

All information and other content incorporated or otherwise available through our App is provided on an "as is" basis, free of charge, and for informational purposes only.

We endeavor to ensure that all information is correct at the time of publication. However, such information should not be relied upon, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. We accept no responsibility for any error, omission, inaccuracy, or any damage caused by the use of such information or other content available through the App.

Moreover, we do not warrant that the App or any information and content on it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any existing irregularities will be corrected. Any liability arising from or in connection with the information used and the content of the App, or any links contained in the App, is excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, nor/or our service providers, employees, and representatives, be liable for:

1. any loss, damage, expense, or other adverse consequences resulting from one's use or inability to use the App;
2. any failure to apply an available update, service pack, fix or upgrade that would have avoided the adverse event;
3. any unauthorized access;
4. nor for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to:
   • the use or performance of the App,
   • with the delay or impossibility of using the App and the Service, including the provision or failure to provide the Service,
   • with information, the App, the Service or otherwise resulting from the use of the App, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, liability, or otherwise.

In the event that any of the above limitations are held to be inapplicable, or in the event that any liability of Key OPS Lab is established, to the fullest extent permitted by law, User agrees that our entire aggregate liability and User's sole remedy shall available, which in any way arising from or related to the Agreement, App or Service shall be limited to monetary damages that cannot exceed EUR 100 (one hundred euros).

6. Modifications of the App and Terms of Use

KeyOPS Lab reserves the right to update the App from time to time, without special notice. Modifications may include changing the content, as well as discontinuing or withdrawing any part of the App. Therefore, in those situations, the App may be temporarily unavailable for use.

Please review these Terms of Use occasionally. Any of their changes will come into force after being published in the App. You can review the currently valid version of our Terms of Use by clicking on the "Terms of Use" button located in the App settings. If you continue to use the App after the Terms of Use have been changed, you will be deemed to have agreed to the new Terms of Use.

Therefore, if you do not agree with any of the changes to the Agreement, please stop using the App without delay.

7. Severability and Entire Agreement

Severability

If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid by any court or arbitration having competent jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

In case any provision of this Agreement violates any mandatory rule of the applicable law, resulting in such a provision being void, such provision shall be deemed to have been amended, in that particular respect in which it is void so that it is compliant with the law. Such amendments shall retain as much of their original meaning as possible, and their extent shall be limited to the minimum necessary to make the Agreement valid.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including all the eventual amendments, represents the entire agreement between you and KeyOPS Lab with respect to the subject matter hereof, and it shall supersede all prior written or oral understandings and agreements between you and KeyOPS Lab.

In case of a disagreement between the provisions of this Agreement and any understanding, statement, representation, information, content available within the App, or other data contained in any other material and correspondence between you and KeyOPS Lab, this Agreement shall prevail.

8. Applicable law and Dispute resolution

This Agreement and any matter or dispute arising out of or related to the subject matter of the Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, excluding the conflict of laws rules.

All disputes arising from or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled before arbitration organized in accordance with the Rules of the Belgrade Arbitration Center (Belgrade Rules). The number of arbitrators will be one, and the place of arbitration will be Belgrade. The language to be used in the arbitration proceedings is Serbian.
